RICE NOODLE WRAPPED SHRIMP / pan fried noodle wrapped shrimp, jasmine rice, cucumber salad or kimchi, ginger scallion soy sauce ($9)

GRILLED STEAK AREPA / grilled sirloin bavette, deep fried columbian cheese and masa cake, cotija cheese, cabbage, crema, red sauce, radish, onion, cilantro, fried egg ($9)

[we use Coastal Range Organics (Free-Range/Organic) and Draper Valley NW natural chicken and Carlton Farms natural Oregon pork, Happy Tofu (organic) from Portland and organic & local produce when possible. We generally use only rice bran, grapeseed, peanut, and olive oil. Our servingware is biodegradable, compostable, unbleached, and made from renewable plant sources (sugarcane and bamboo bagasse, potato starch, etc.) and we use only natural biodegradable cleaning products]
