ROTISSERIE CHICKEN POZOLE RICE BOWL / tomatillo green chili stew with hominy, black beans, honey, braised greens and veggies, cilantro, queso fresco, roast chicken ($7)

[we use Coastal Range Organics (Free-Range/Organic) and Draper Valley NW natural chicken and Carlton Farms natural Oregon pork, Happy Tofu (organic) from Portland and organic & local produce when possible. We generally use only rice bran,
grapeseed, peanut, and olive oil. Our servingware is biodegradable, compostable, unbleached, and made from renewable plant sources (sugarcane and bamboo bagasse, potato starch, etc.) and we use only natural biodegradable cleaning products]
